Postnatal training in Barcelona

After giving birth, your body needs to return to exercise carefully and without rushing. Training at home lets you do it without leaving your baby.

Step by step

We start when your gynaecologist or pelvic floor physiotherapist gives the go-ahead, usually after the first six weeks.

First breathing, pelvic floor and deep core work. Then progressive strength to rebuild your posture, back and energy.

At home and at your pace

I come to your home, so you don’t have to arrange for someone to look after the baby. If we need to stop for a feed, we stop.

I coordinate the plan with your physiotherapist when needed.

How we start

Your first month, week by week.

  1. Week 1

    Assessment

Measurements, weight, reference photos and what you want to achieve.

  2. Week 2

    Your plan

Strength to shape, the right amount of cardio and simple eating guidelines.

  3. Week 3

    Rhythm

Two or three sessions with me and short routines in the app in between.

  4. Week 4

    First review

We measure again. I adjust the plan with your real data.
