Glute training and toning for your core and back

What most people call “toning” is really building muscle and losing a bit of fat. You get there with well-planned strength training, not with hundreds of reps and no weight.

Glutes and legs

Squats, hip thrusts, Romanian deadlifts and lunges, with careful technique and the load going up little by little.

It’s the part of the body that responds fastest to strength training.

Core, back and posture

A firm stomach starts with good posture and a strong back. We work the whole core, not just with sit-ups.

You notice the result in how your clothes fit and how you feel when you walk.

FAQ

Will I get too muscular?

No. Building a lot of muscle takes years of specific training. What you’ll see is a firmer, more defined body.

How long before I see changes?

With two or three sessions a week, most women notice changes in six to eight weeks.

Shall we start?

The first session is an assessment: we take measurements, talk about your goal and finish with a plan.
